To acquire samples prepared with the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling Assay antibody panel, you must import the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling Assay template (.tem), which includes all the channels you need to acquire and associated labels.
To import the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling template
1 On the Instrument Control tab, click Template Editor.
2 Click Import.
3 Locate the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling Assay.tem file you want to import. Click the file and then click OK.
The template is added to the template list and can be used for data acquisition.
NOTE The imported template is locked for editing to all users. CyTOF Administrators can create an unlocked copy of this template in Template Editor by clicking Duplicate. Add new channels for drop-in antibodies to the new template. Exported templates are not compatible with earlier versions of CyTOF Software.
