The default data directory for each account is the Documents folder of the active Windows account. The path to the default data directory for your CyTOF Software account is displayed at the top of each Acquisition Protocol.
You can change the default data directory in your CyTOF Software account. The change will only affect new protocols.
IMPORTANT Choose a local directory. Do not choose a network location.
To change the default data directory for your account
1 Open User Management.

2 Click your account to select it.
3 Click Set Data Directory and update the path to your preferred directory.

4 Click Save.
5 Close User Management.
